You are welcome to bring smaller items or packages that you can handle on your own and that won’t dirty or damage the vehicle. Our drivers do not offer shopping or delivery services, but they will be happy to transport your items.

Most of our vehicles are vans that are spacious enough to accommodate folded wheelchairs. With the assistance of our courteous drivers, individuals with other types of disabilities can also use our transportation service without any problems.

After booking your ride by calling the desired city, you will receive an SMS with information about how many minutes until the vehicle arrives, the vehicle’s number, make, color and registration number.

Yes, we provide intercity rides both within and outside Croatia. Send us an email at info@wizi.hr or call the number for your city to arrange and book a ride.

No problem—either you or the driver can change the final destination at any time during the ride. Even better, if you booked the ride through the app, you can change the address you want to be transported to yourself.

We won’t charge you if your plans change.

Of course, you can schedule a ride through the mobile app or by informing our call center staff when you need the service. However, please note that this option is currently not available for city rides.

The easiest way is through our mobile app, which you can download here. Alternatively, you can call us on the local phone number for the city you’re in. Once you do, we’ll be at your location within about ten minutes.

You can get an estimated price by calling our call center or entering the necessary details in the mobile app. Please note that the quoted price is calculated at the time of the estimate, based on the shortest route and approximate travel time, so the final price may vary depending on different factors.
