Wizi Business is an option for all types of companies that need passenger transportation. Whether it’s for transporting employees or business partners and associates, we ensure they are transported safely and reliably to various events, train stations, airports or hotels.

Wizi Business can be used by all legal entities, such as companies that need a monthly account for transportation services, which they can then integrate into their accounting documentation. Wizi Business can also be used by individuals, sole traders and freelancers, as this option facilitates commuting to and from work, transporting children to training and handling other daily responsibilities.

Simply fill out the online application and a representative will get back to you. This person will become your Wizi agent, with whom you will arrange all the details.

Don’t worry, the contact list is unlimited and you can always update it—just contact your agent to remove or add the desired number.

You can order a ride on a monthly account by calling the desired city from a contact number added to the business list, through the Wizi app by selecting the payment method ‘Business User’ or via email with instructions provided by your agent. The driver will automatically see the ride as a business ride.

If you did not require the service within the month, we do not charge any penalties.

If you did not receive a confirmation of the completed transport in the vehicle you can request it from your agent. Provide the details of the ride and we will send the confirmation to your email address.

Your agent has all the information about spending per individual employee and will be happy to answer any of your questions.

Business users can book all their rides in advance.

You can cancel a city ride up to 30 minutes before the scheduled pickup. For intercity rides you need to cancel at least 3 hours before the scheduled time; otherwise we will have to charge the full amount for the service.

We monitor all movements, including flights so you can be assured that no matter when you arrive, our driver will always be waiting for you.

Don’t worry. All our vehicles are new and well-equipped, and we guarantee a safe and comfortable ride.

Children under 10 years old must not travel without the supervision of an adult. Children between 10 and 16 years old need to have a written consent from their parents.

No problem, we transport small pets as long as they are appropriately placed in their travel carrier and kept in the trunk.

Before your ride, you will receive an SMS with information about the vehicle. You can recognize it by the license plate, color and make of the vehicle. If you are arriving by plane, our driver will be at the pickup point as arranged.

You are welcome to bring smaller items or packages that you can handle on your own and that won’t dirty or damage the vehicle. Our drivers do not provide shopping or delivery services, but they will be happy to transport your items to the recipient.
