The app is available for Android, iOS and Huawei systems. After installing it, register your user account in a few simple steps and start your first ride booking.

The app offers a variety of payment methods. You can choose the one that suits you best: cash, credit card, saved card in the app, Business account, Wizi account or through KEKS Pay and Aircash apps.

After the app locates you and you enter the destination address, click on “Order” and you will have the option to change the pick-up address. Save your address change and proceed with the ride booking.

You can check the availability of vehicle categories in the app after entering your destination address.

You will be notified of the activation of the Wizi business service via a push notification. To ensure that the ride is added to your monthly invoice, always select the payment method “Business User”.

After ordering a ride in the app, you will receive information about how many minutes until the vehicle arrives and details about the vehicle that will pick you up.

The app allows you to track the vehicle’s arrival in real-time. After you place an order and the vehicle is assigned, you can monitor its movement and the time remaining until it reaches your address.

We’ve got you covered! You can cancel your ride twice without any charge. First you can cancel the ride before a vehicle is assigned. After that, you can cancel it again within two minutes of the driver starting towards you.

Your feedback is important to us, and our drivers will greatly appreciate every star you give. At the end of each ride, leave your comment so we can improve our service.

After typing the first few letters of your address, select the street from the dropdown menu, then enter the house number in the ‘H. No.’ field. After that, tap the star icon. Your favorite address will be saved for faster future orders!

After selecting the final address, before clicking ‘Order,’ enter any instructions in the ‘Order Details’ that will help the driver find you or be aware of your preferences during the ride.

Select the final address in the upper right corner, click on the + sign and you will be able to add additional addresses.

Within the menu, simply select ‘My Rides.’ By clicking on ‘Details,’ you can view all information about the completed ride.

Within your profile by selecting Privacy Settings, you can choose how you want to be informed about news and updates.
