That’s why today, we bring you some Wizi features that will elevate your safety in our vehicles even further.<\/p>\n

Share your ride details<\/strong><\/p>\n

At any moment during your Wizi ride, you have the option to share your current location and the vehicle number you’re in.<\/p>\n

Not only will you be safer this way, but your loved ones will also have access to all the details about your current location and ride with just one click.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Your phone number remains hidden<\/strong><\/p>\n

Whenever you contact the driver, whether through the app<\/a>, call, or SMS, your phone number remains hidden to protect your privacy as much as possible.<\/p>\n

This means there is no way for the driver to misuse your information or contact you after the ride.<\/p>\n

Rate the ride and the driver<\/strong><\/p>\n

Your opinion matters to us, which is why we invite you to rate both the ride and the driver after every ride. Honestly share your experience of the ride with Wizi.<\/p>\n

This helps us continuously improve our service and more easily identify drivers who do not adhere to Wizi standards.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

We take care of your lost items<\/strong><\/p>\n

It happens to everyone to leave some belongings behind in a vehicle in a rush. If this happens to you, don\u2019t worry.<\/p>\n

Call our call center and select the number of the city<\/a> where you took the ride, and we will immediately contact the driver so you can retrieve your items as soon as possible. Until you collect them, we will keep them in a safe place. Please note that the responsibility for your belongings is yours alone, but we will do everything we can to return them to you if you forget or lose them.<\/p>\n

Customer support is always available to you<\/strong><\/p>\n

If you had an unpleasant ride experience, we encourage you to send all the ride details to our customer support department at pohvaleiprituzbe@wizi.hr<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Our colleagues will respond within the legally stipulated timeframe and will be happy to assist and support you in the various situations that may arise during your journey.<\/p>\n
